This venue is set between Lyme Regis and Charton Bay and is only accessible by walking from Lyme Regis on a dropping tide. Travel light and wear some good footwear as the terrain is rocky and slippery. Pinhay Bay is best fished at low tide the East end of the bay has a big network of ledges running adjacent to the beach, while the Western side of the bay has deeper water with large rocks and Reef close in to the shoreline.
This is a good venue for Bass, Ballan Wrasse, and Bull huss. It even featured in a 2014 issue of Sea Angler, Where all 3 of the species just mentioned were caught!
